In connection with the enforcement activities regarding financial information in annual and interim reports, the Danish Securities Council acted as an independent authority, while in connection with other tasks, the Council formed part of the Danish FSA. Subsequently, this website has only dealt with the enforcement activities of the Danish Securities Council regarding financial information in annual and interim reports.
The Danish Securities Council has during 2005-2012 enforced compliance of annual and interim reports with the current accounting regulations in annual and interim reports of undertakings listed or traded on an authorised market place.
The Danish FSA carries out the secretariat function for financial undertakings.
The Danish Commerce and Companies Agency (DCCA) work as secretariat regarding for non-financial listed or traded undertakings.
